Scottish Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2024
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the launch of the third Scottish Cancer Patient Experience Survey (SCPES) results; understands that 95% of those surveyed rated their overall care highly; further understands that the report, jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Macmillan Cancer Support, asked people with cancer to give feedback on various aspects of their care, including diagnosis, treatment and support, with the results showing that the vast majority of people with cancer rated their experience of care as good, and thanks all those involved in delivering the care and treatment that people living with cancer deserve.
