Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland's Self Management Awards 2024

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the winners of the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland's (the ALLIANCE’s) Self Management Awards 2024, which were presented at the Scottish Parliament on 25 September; understands that the Self Management Awards are presented annually across a range of categories to recognise excellence in supporting self-management of long-term conditions; further understands that the awards ceremony offers a valuable opportunity for winners and nominees to share their stories and promote best practice, and commends all of the individuals and organisations nominated for this year’s awards on their hard work and dedication to supporting the health and wellbeing of people living with long-term conditions.
