University of Aberdeen Rises in University Rankings

That the Parliament celebrates that the University of Aberdeen has risen from 19th to 15th in The Times university rankings for 2025; recognises that it is the second highest ranked university in Scotland in the league table; understands that the university achieved this success due to its high marks for graduate prospects, student experience and teaching quality, among others; notes that the university makes a significant contribution to international research and is a key part of Aberdeen and north east Scotland, and commends the staff and students at the university for their work and dedication.
