Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill: Timetable for Consideration

That the Parliament agrees to consider the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill as follows—Stage 1 on Thursday 10 October 2024, and subject to the Parliament’s agreement to the general principles of the Bill—(a) that consideration of the Bill at stage 2 be completed by Tuesday 29 October 2024, and(b) Stage 3 on Thursday 31 October 2024.
