Best Team Award for Early Help Clackmannanshire at COSLA Excellence Awards

That the Parliament congratulates the Early Help Clackmannanshire project on its success in being named Best Team at COSLA's 2024 Excellence Awards; recognises that the COSLA Excellence Awards are a key event in the local government calendar and celebrate the teams, projects and services that Scottish local government delivers for communities; notes that Early Help Clackmannanshire was also shortlisted in the category, Achieving Better Outcomes for the Most Vulnerable in Partnership, and welcomes this well-deserved recognition for Clackmannanshire Council and a project that delivers much needed support to families and aims to prevent young people from entering the care system.
