Motherwell North Parish Church of Scotland Receives Funding from the National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Motherwell North Parish Church of Scotland on receiving a £150,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund, which supports communities to thrive with funding from the National Lottery; understands that the group will use the funding to continue to deliver the New Opportunities Project to enhance community and family life in North Motherwell, and that the project will continue to deliver existing activities and will develop new groups and activities based on the needs and interests of the local community; commends the work of Motherwell North Parish Church of Scotland, and wishes all involved all the best for the future.
