Newmains and District Gala Day Receives Funding from the National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Newmains and District Gala Day on receiving a £13,900 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund, which supports communities to thrive with funding from the National Lottery; understands that the grant will fund a series of events, including a civic week leading up to its 52nd gala day; commends the work of Newmains and District Gala Day, and wishes all involved all the best for the future.
