Congratulating St Leonard's Episcopal Church on Receiving £20,000 from the Asda Foundation

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates St Leonard's Episcopal Church in Lasswade on receiving £20,000 from the ASDA Foundation to convert part of its building into a community hub with heating and a kitchen; notes that this funding will help the building to be used as a place for people of all ages, backgrounds and faiths to gather; further notes that the community hub will create an open, accessible and usable space for the community; commends the work of St Leonard's Episcopal Church and the Asda Foundation, and thanks everyone involved in the community hub for their hard work and dedication.
