Innerleithen Family Learning Centre Awarded National Lottery Community Fund
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Innerleithen Family Learning Centre on receiving £5,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the Centre has provided school uniforms to children as well as providing food parcels and essential items; further understands that the funding will allow the centre to keep the foodbank operating, provide warm clothing and a space for families and the community in the colder months; recognises what it sees as the Centre's continued commitment to tackling food and financial insecurity; thanks the National Lottery for its continued support to communities across Scotland, and wishes the Innerleithen Family Learning Centre all the best.
