Congratulating Bearsden Restaurant on Being Added to Michelin Guide

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bearsden restaurant, Elements, on being included in the prestigious Michelin Guide; understands that Elements only opened in July 2024, and has already been the recipient of what it sees as this extraordinary honour; commends head chef, Gary Townsend, and the rest of the staff at Elements for their achievement; notes that the Michelin Guide commended Elements for its interior design, its combination of classical techniques with Scottish ingredients, as well as its wine list; commends Gary Townsend and Elements for serving the local community in Bearsden and adding to the local economy and culture, and wishes the new business every success for the future.
