Cleland Gala Day
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Cleland Gala Day on receiving support from the National Lottery Community Fund; recognises the importance of this grant of £5,000, which will be dedicated to bringing residents together, building strong connections and enhancing the community’s spirit; understands that Cleland Gala Day is an annual event that plays a vital role in uniting people of all ages and backgrounds, for shared celebration and communal pride; commends the organisers, volunteers and supporters who work to make this event possible, and wishes Cleland Gala Day continued success in its endeavours to enrich the lives of all those involved for many years to come.
