Dalziel High School Show
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dalziel High School on the success of its recent school show, Shrek: The Musical, presented in October 2024; understands that pupils and staff worked tirelessly over several months to produce an outstanding show that was enthusiastically received by audiences each night; further understands that students took on key roles behind the scenes, including managing sound, stage management, lighting, design, props and costume, with an impressive display of dedication and skill; recognises the commitment of the creative team and the support from staff, parents and the wider school community in bringing the production to life; commends the entire cast and crew for their hard work and professionalism in delivering an excellent performance, and wishes the pupils and staff of Dalziel High School all the best in their future shows and artistic endeavours.
