Congratulating South Scotland Pubs Featuring in the Good Beer Guide 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Hunters Hall and the Salmon Inn of Galashiels on being included in the Good Beer Guide 2025; further congratulates St Ronan’s Hotel and the Traquir Arms Hotel of Innerleithen, Burt’s Hotel and the George & Abbotsford Hotel of Melrose, and the Bridge Inn of Peebles on also being featured in the guide; acknowledges the important role that pubs play in local communities as a social hub and safe space, and encourages the Scottish Government to continue to support such local businesses.
