Celebrating the Expansion of The Yard, Mid Craigie, Dundee

The motion

That the Parliament notes the planned expansion of The Yard's provision for young people with complex needs, in Mid Craigie, Dundee; understands that more than 330 children have received support from the charity in the last year; further understands that the £1.6 million expansion of The Yard's facility at Drumlanrig Place will enable year-round support for children and young people with additional support needs, particularly those living in Douglas, Mid-Craigie and Linlathen; believes that the renovation, which is due to be completed in late summer 2025, will create a more welcoming and accessible environment, and wishes The Yard every success with its ongoing work.
