Congratulating Kirkintilloch Men’s Shed on Receiving National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kirkintilloch Men’s Shed on receiving £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this fund provides grants to organisations in the UK to help improve their communities; notes that the Kirkintilloch Men’s Shed was launched in 2015 with the aim of providing a supportive environment for its members, as well as an outlet for their creativity; considers that Men’s Sheds play a vital role in helping men feel included and safe, and in helping to improve their mental health and wellbeing, and wishes Kirkintilloch Men’s Shed success in the years to come.
