Laurieston’s Benny T’s Celebrates 20 Years in Business
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the owners of Benny T’s, Mark and Dominique Mulholland, on reaching their recent milestone of 20 years in business; understands that the opening of the popular fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, located in Laurieston, was the idea of Dominique’s late father, Benny Tomolillo; considers that SMEs such as Benny T’s, which has a team of 36 people, are the backbone of Scotland's communities and play a pivotal role within them, which Benny T’s exemplifies by embodying its six core values; notes that examples of this include its support of various community charities and initiatives, such as Strathcarron Hospice and Meadowbank Car 4 U hospital transport; congratulates Mark and Dominique on reaching this fantastic milestone in their business and on their continued success, and wishes them and all of their staff the best for the future.
