Shieldhill Primary Marks 60th Anniversary

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the 60th anniversary of Shieldhill Primary School in Shieldhill; understands that the school marked the occasion with a concert celebrating music from across the decades of the school’s existence; notes that each class performed two songs from a particular decade to parents, carers, family and friends, with the setlist including hits such as Y.M.C.A., Ghostbusters, I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles), and You've Got a Friend in Me; congratulates the pupils and teachers involved in putting on the concert for their school’s milestone anniversary, and wishes the school well in the coming years.
