AberNecessities Receives Asda Foundation Grant

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates AberNecessities on receiving funding through the Asda Foundation's grant scheme; understands that AberNecessities received £1,000 from the Asda Foundation's Foodbank Fundamentals grant scheme, which is aimed at supporting foodbanks with their essential needs, including food stock, storage, white goods and fuel costs for food deliveries; recognises what it sees as the vital work carried out by AberNecessities in supporting families across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive; commends the continued efforts of all staff and volunteers, and wishes them all the best for the future.
