Pathways Church and MADE4U in ML2 Partnership for Christmas Toy Drive
The motion
That the Parliament commends Pathway Church for its partnership with MADE4U IN ML2, in support of its annual community Christmas toy drive, which aims to bring joy to children in the ML2 area during the festive season; believes that this initiative has a positive impact, by providing toys and gifts to local children, ensuring that families in need can experience the joy of Christmas; highlights the opening of the Sparkle and Shine shop, which offers preloved Christmas jumpers, party outfits and pyjamas for children up to 14 years old to any families that would benefit from these donations; believes that this is particularly important during the current cost of living crisis, with many people struggling financially, and congratulates Pathway Church and MADE4U IN ML2 on their commitment to supporting their local community and, it believes, for making a tangible difference to the lives of those in need during this special time of year.
