The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Café By The Lane in Wishaw on being nominated for Café of the Year at the Lanarkshire Business Awards 2025; understands that the award nomination recognises the dedication and hard work of the café’s staff and management in providing exceptional service and high-quality food, and in creating a welcoming atmosphere; acknowledges the significant contribution of local businesses to the economy, including job creation, economic growth and the enhancement of community vibrancy, and wishes all the staff at Café By The Lane the very best for the awards.
