Highland Business Women Raises £1,900 for HALO

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Highland Business Women on raising £1,900 at its festive Christmas carol concert; understands that the sold-out event featured performances from six local singers and included a Christmas raffle throughout the festive celebrations; notes that the funds raised will be donated to Highland Business Women’s charity of the year, Highland Action for Little Ones (HALO); acknowledges that the donation will be used by HALO to support children and families across the Highlands, and extends its congratulations to all those involved in organising and performing at the event on supporting such a vital local charity.
