Bankie Comedian Donates to Local Charities
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the beloved Clydebank comedian, Kevin Bridges, for his generous donations to local charities; understands that youth charity Y Sort It received £10,000 to continue to help young people across West Dunbartonshire; further understands that West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare received £30,000, which will allow the charity to deliver emergency food parcels and provisions to the community, and that local charities Bags Full of Love, Improving Lives and the Children's Hospices Across Scotland Christmas Appeal received donations from Kevin and his family, and celebrates Kevin’s generosity and commitment to charity in his community.
