Acknowledging Dundee Global Justice Now
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Dundee branch of Global Justice Now on what it understands was the success of its deputation to the Climate, Environment and Biodiversity Committee of Dundee City Council; notes the work of Global Justice Dundee in promoting the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty; further notes the local authority's unanimous support for the Treaty and its just transition implications for the city; encourages the ongoing efforts made by Dundee Global Justice Now in promoting the Treaty to local authorities and groups, and wishes Global Justice Now, and its Dundee branch, every success in their future activities.
