New College Lanarkshire Scottish Regional Heat of the Association of Hairdressing and Therapists
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates New College Lanarkshire on being named the best college in Scotland at the Scottish Regional Heat of the Association of Hairdressing and Therapists competition; acknowledges what it sees as the college's remarkable achievement in taking home an impressive total of 43 medals, including 17 Golds, reflecting the dedication, skill, and talent of both the students and staff; commends the commitment to excellence in training and education in the hairdressing and beauty sectors, which has provided students with the opportunity to showcase their abilities on a national stage; extends its congratulations to all the students and tutors involved in this outstanding success, and highlights the college’s contribution to raising the profile of vocational education and skills development in Scotland.
