Welcoming National Lottery Support for the Lesmahagow Development Trust

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Lesmahagow Development Trust on its award of £125,693 from the community-led programme of the National Lottery Awards; understands that the group will use the funding to continue and expand delivery of community wellbeing activities for the local community in Lesmahagow, which includes a wide variety of social, recreational and educational opportunities; commends Lesmahagow Development Trust on its efforts to increase community cohesion in Lesmahagow, and wishes it all the best in the future.
