The Miracle Foundation SCIO Receives £20,000 National Lottery Community Fund Grant
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Miracle Foundation SCIO on receiving a £20,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that this funding will support a two-year project to create peer support groups for parents and carers who have experienced trauma, both personally and through their children; recognises that, alongside peer discussions focused on holistic approaches to healing, the groups will offer opportunities to participate in therapeutic activities, including yoga sessions, nutrition guidance, and sleep workshops; commends The Miracle Foundation SCIO for its commitment to supporting families through recovery and wellbeing initiatives; thanks the National Lottery Community Fund for its continued investment in community-driven projects across Scotland, and wishes The Miracle Foundation SCIO every success with this important work.
