Annick Primary School's Environmental Conservation

The motion

That the Parliament commends the pupils of Annick Primary School for their dedication to environmental conservation during their visits to the Arran Outdoor Education Centre; notes that before Storm Éowyn, pupils participated in tree planting efforts in collaboration with Arran Outdoor Education Centre and the Arran National Trust for Scotland (NTS) Rangers, successfully planting over 250 trees in Brodick Country Park; recognises the significance of this work in helping to restore woodland lost due to storm damage; acknowledges the pupils’ return to Arran for additional outdoor learning experiences, and praises Annick Primary School for creating environmental awareness and active outdoor education among its pupils.
