National Lottery Supports Recovery Enterprises Scotland CIC
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Recovery Enterprises Scotland CIC on its award of £100,000 from the Improving Lives programme of the National Lottery Awards; understands that the group will use the funding to provide throughcare support for prisoners released in East Ayrshire and their loved ones; notes that the group has a base at HMP Kilmarnock, where it coordinates holistic support for prisoners to prepare them for release and this support continues from the group's community base and through outreach; commends Recovery Enterprises Scotland CIC on its commitment to reducing recidivism, and wishes it all the best in the future.
