North Fest Family Receives £7,000 National Lottery Community Fund Grant

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates North Fest Family on receiving a £7,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that this funding will support a six-month project to deliver a range of seasonal community events, including a summer family fun day in North Motherwell; recognises what it sees as the importance of such events in bringing the community together, fostering social connections, and providing opportunities for families to engage in positive, inclusive activities; commends North Fest Family for its dedication to enhancing community spirit and wellbeing; thanks the National Lottery Community Fund for its continued support of local initiatives across Scotland, and wishes North Fest Family every success in delivering this vibrant programme of events.
