Strathaven Memory Club Receives National Lottery Award

That the Parliament congratulates Strathaven Memory Club on its award of £17,468 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that this group meets fortnightly to provide opportunities for people affected by memory issues to meet others who have also been affected by the condition; notes that the club holds two exhibitions locally each year to raise awareness of the project and the help which is available to those affected by memory issues; commends Strathaven Memory Club on its approach to care and education for people who require memory care and the wider community, respectively, and wishes it all the best in the future.
