Friends of Westfield Park Receive Funding from Co-op Local Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Friends of Westfield Park on receiving a £250 donation from the Co-op Local Community Fund; understands that this funding will go towards tools, equipment and plants to help the group continue its hard work in the park; notes that Friends of Westfield Park was first set up in 2017 to help look after, and make improvements to, Westfield Park in the Bridge of Don area of Aberdeen; understands that the Co-op Local Community Fund supports projects across the UK that its members care about, with over £58 million having been shared with over 20,500 unique community projects across the UK since 2020; commends the continued efforts of all volunteers, and wishes them all the best for the future.
