Fersands and Fountain Community Project Awarded £98,166 from the National Lottery Community Fund
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Fersands and Fountain Community Project on receiving a £98,166 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this award will help it purchase a minibus, which it plans to use to help its community by organising youth club outings and assisting older people with their shopping trips; recognises what it sees as the fantastic work that it has done in the over four decades since it was founded, helping people in a regeneration area of Aberdeen and increasing life chances in the community; commends the continuing work of Fersands and Fountain Community Project, and wishes it all the best.
