Optimum Eco Group Supporting Environmentally Responsible Economy

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Optimum Eco Group, a leading sustainable resource management company based in Irvine, on celebrating the 25th anniversary of CCL (North) Ltd, founded in 2000, and the 20th anniversary of Restructa, established in 2005; recognises CCL (North) Ltd for its expertise in secure data destruction, IT and waste electrical and electronic equipment reuse, repair, and recycling; further recognises Restructa for its work in display reuse, repair, and recycling, both of which, it believes, contribute significantly to Scotland’s circular economy and sustainability goals; welcomes the launch of Team 2025, an initiative celebrating the individuals behind the company’s success, highlighting its contributions to sustainable resource management; commends the company’s commitment to providing high-quality employment, supporting over 115 workers across its sites, and acknowledges what it sees as the vital role of businesses like Optimum Eco Group in supporting Scotland’s transition to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible economy.
