Lindsays Raises Over £11,000 for SAMH through Make a Will Month

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Glasgow-based law firm, Lindsays, and its clients on raising over £11,000 for the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) through its recent Make a Will Month fundraiser; notes that, instead of charging fees for wills written during the campaign, the firm encouraged clients to make a suggested donation to SAMH, helping to fund the charity’s vital work in supporting mental health across Scotland; recognises the generosity of those who contributed and the longstanding partnership between Lindsays and SAMH; commends the firm for promoting both future planning and charitable giving through this initiative, and applauds SAMH for its ongoing work to end mental health stigma and provide essential services to individuals and families across the country.
