Substitution on Committees

That the Parliament agrees that— Stephanie Callaghan be appointed to replace Bill Kidd as the Scottish National Party substitute on the Public Audit Committee; andMichael Matheson be appointed to replace Stuart McMillan as the Scottish National Party substitute on the Criminal Justice Committee.
