Friends of CHAS Clackmannanshire Spring Fayre in Muckhart

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that a volunteer group is set to host a spring fayre in aid of Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS); understands that Friends of CHAS Clackmannanshire, a local group dedicated to supporting CHAS, is organising a spring craft fayre and afternoon tea, which is planned to take place in the afternoon of 17 May 2025 at 2.15pm in Coronation Hall, Muckhart; understands that the event will feature a range of stalls with art, crafts, homemaking, gifts and accessories as well as a raffle, tombola, and a silent auction for larger prizes, including a boiling tap and Franke sink donated by JTR Fitting in Dollar; further understands that CHAS is Scotland’s only hospice service for babies, children, and young people with life-shortening conditions; notes that the event aims to raise funds to help the hospice reach more families in need; commends Friends of CHAS Clackmannanshire on their sterling work for the hospice, and wishes everyone involved all the very best for the fayre’s ultimate success.
