That the Parliament congratulates Hugh Black & Sons on being crowned South-East Scotland Champion at the Scottish Pork Sausage Championship 2025; notes that its winning link sausage earned top marks at the prestigious competition held in Perth; commends the team for its continued dedication to quality and traditional butchery; notes that Hugh Black & Sons proudly serves communities across Lanarkshire, including Wishaw, and wishes the business continued success and many more triumphs in the future.
