35 Entrepreneurs Celebrate Success at the 25th Scottish EDGE Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates 35 winners at the 25th Scottish EDGE Awards;understands that the awards, hosted by the Royal Bank of Scotland, celebratethe success of businesses that have participated in a competitive pitchingprocess to secure a share of £1.5 million in funding to support theirbusinesses to grow in scale and success; recognises that, Augmentum InfluencerSolutions in Grangemouth, which provides support to aspiring influencers tostrategically grow their brand and specialise in working with health andwellness brands, secured £80,000 in funding; understands that, CogniMusica, inBo’ness, secured £10,000 for its programme, which offers music tuition combinedwith cognitive skills development therapy; recognises what it sees as theimportance of events like the EDGE Awards in celebrating the achievements of smallbusinesses and promoting growth through the provision of grants; welcomes thecontribution of entrepreneurs in communities across Scotland who contributetowards a successful and diverse business environment, and wishes everyone whoparticipated in the awards every success as their businesses grow in thefuture.
