Congratulating Tom Courts as Scottish Pork Sausage Champion 2025

That the Parliament congratulates Tom Courts of Tom Courts Quality Foods, Burntisland, who has been named the Scottish Pork Sausage Champion 2025, for a record third time at the Scottish Craft Butchers biennial Trade Fair in Perth; understands that the competition included over 60 independent butchers; believes that Tom previously won the Scottish Championship in 2011 and 2013 and was Reserve Scottish Champion in 1989 and 2009, and wishes Tom continued success.
