Commending HC-One Care Homes Sports Day
The motion
That the Parliament commends the staff and residents at five HC-One Scotland care homes, including Highgate and Hatton Lea Care Homes in the Uddingston and Bellshill constituency, for taking part in a special sports day held in the grounds of New Douglas Park in Hamilton; understands that this annual event included traditional light-hearted races, such as the egg and spoon race and relay; acknowledges that the competition promotes fun, fitness and community, and appreciates the building of lasting connections across HC-One Care Homes and their local communities.
