That the Parliament congratulates Logan Rees, a Fife Athletic Club athlete, on winning the Scottish Championship Sri Chinmoy 5k at Silverknowes in Edinburgh, and notes that Logan led home a field of 531 runners in a time of 14:04 to break the course record.
