Congratulating RSE on Receiving the Prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates RSE on receiving the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation; acknowledges that this award recognises RSE's development of modular water treatment systems, which, it understands, offer rapid deployment, scalability, and significant reductions in carbon emissions; considers that these innovations have positioned RSE as a leader in sustainable water solutions, benefiting communities across the UK; commends RSE's commitment to fostering skilled employment in the Highlands, with a workforce exceeding 2,000 and a strong emphasis on apprenticeships and graduate programmes, and celebrates this achievement as a testament to what it sees as the ingenuity and dedication of Scottish engineering.
