Alison Rafferty Named NHS Call Handler of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Alison Rafferty on winning the Call Handler of the Year Award at NHS 24's annual Call Handler and Operator Day celebrations; notes that Alison was chosen for her dedication to colleagues and patients, and that she has worked for NHS 24 since August 2021; commends Alison for delivering a high level of care, whilst also being a well-respected coach supporting other call handlers, and thanks Alison for her hard work and dedication in supporting those in mental health distress and offering advice when primary care services are closed.
