Helensburgh Lions Club's Annual Golf Day Raises £3,200 for Local Causes

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Helensburgh Lions Club on the success of its annual golf day; notes that the event, held at Helensburgh Golf Club, raised over £3,200 for local good causes; acknowledges the participation of more than 150 players from across the west of Scotland; recognises the efforts of the winning team, The 3 Bears, and other prize winners; appreciates the support of the golf club's captain and committee, sponsors and volunteers who contributed to the event; commends the Helensburgh Lions Club for its ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, and wishes it every success for all future endeavours.
