Forth Valley College Awarded Platinum Status
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Forth Valley College (FVC) on earning platinum status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD); understands that FVC has offered CIPD qualifications for over 25 years, and now offers Foundation-, Associate- and Advanced-level qualifications to aid in enhancing the careers of professional human resource employees from a variety of sectors and industries, including the Scottish Prison Service, care industry and NHS; notes that organisations that achieve platinum status are consistent in their delivery of excellent quality learning and assessment, have robust administration and operations in place and adhere to CIPD policies while maintaining a high level of learner satisfaction; welcomes the recognition that FVC has received from CIPD through its platinum status, and wishes the staff and pupils all the best for the future.
