As an amendment to motion S6M-18076 in the name of Kaukab Stewart (Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill - UK Legislation), insert at end “, but, in so doing, regrets the decision by the UK Government to not repeal section 29 of the Illegal Migration Act 2023.”
