Lynn Laughland Appointed MBE in The King's Birthday Honours List 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Lynn Laughland, chief executive of HRM Homecare Services, on being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her exceptional services to improving care services in Dunbartonshire; understands that Lynn has dedicated over 25 years to leading HRM Homecare Services, which provides vital support to older people, children, families and individuals with disabilities; acknowledges what it sees as her significant contributions to enhancing the quality of care and fostering independence for those in need; recognises her innovative approach and commitment to excellence, which, it believes, have been instrumental in the growth and success of HRM Homecare Services; appreciates her dedication to the community and what it sees as the positive impact of her work, and wishes her continued success.
