Congratulating Route 81 Intergenerational Team on Award at Argyll and Bute Volunteer of the Year Awards 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Route 81 Intergenerational Team on being named Volunteer Team of the Year at the Volunteer of the Year Awards 2025; understands that this is in recognition of its service to the Garelochhead community and its fostering of intergenerational connections between young volunteers and care home residents at Crosslet House, and recognises the vital work Route 81 Intergenerational Team provides by supporting older people across the area through shared activities and mutual support, and fostering lasting friendships between young volunteers and older people.
