Orkney Artist Jane Glue Accepted into 2025 Scottish Landscape Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Orkney artist, Jane Glue, on being accepted into the 2025 Scottish Landscape Awards; understands that her piece, Rose Pink Sunset at Brodgar, will be exhibited at the Kirkcudbright Galleries alongside works from landscape artists across Scotland; further understands that this exhibition includes the work of both emerging and renowned landscape artists; recognises that Jane Glue’s mixed-media painting was one of 107 artworks selected out of 2,100 applications, and applauds Jane Glue on this outstanding achievement, and all those whose artwork forms part of this very special exhibition.
