Condolences on the Passing of Mr Frank Cassidy
The motion
That the Parliament notes with deep sadness the passing of Mr Frank Cassidy, who served with dedication as Chancellor of the Diocese of Motherwell from 1997 to 2014; recognises the significant contribution that Frank made to the life of the church and the wider community over many years; acknowledges his commitment to public service, faith, and pastoral support; expresses sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all those in the Diocese of Motherwell who mourn his loss, and commends his legacy of faith, leadership, and quiet dedication.
